Delivery Information

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY OPTIONS AND WHEN CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days. Our shipping charges are as follows: 

 

  • West Malaysia: RM8
  • East Malaysia: RM16

  • We offer international shipping to Singapore.
    Shipping Fees will be automatically calculated based on the weight of your items, you may add to cart for actual shipping fees charges.
    And it is within the range of 
  • 1st  kg (0.1 kg - 1 kg): RM50
  • 2nd kg (1.1 kg - 2 kg): RM70
  • 3rd  kg (2.1 kg - 3 kg): RM90

  • Shipping duration* is 5-13 business days.
    Your parcel(s) may be subjected to customs taxes and duties at destination country.

    *Shipping duration is estimated and parcels may be subjected to delays due to factors such as customs clearance & weather conditions.

    DELIVERY TERMS
    1. For the time being, we only ship orders to street addresses (NO PO box address) in Malaysia.
    2. You may be required to sign for delivery. You agree to inspect the Product for any obvious faults, defects or damage before you sign for delivery. You need to keep receipt of the delivered Product in case of future discussions with us about it
    3. Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. If this is the case, we will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us when you make your Order and arrange for cancellation of the Order or delivery to an alternative delivery address.
    4. There will be 2 attempts made to deliver your parcel. If at all these 2 attempts fail, a note will be placed in your recipient’s mailbox. If you failed to collect the products (within 2 weeks of our first delivery), we may do either or both of the following:
    • a) charge you for our reasonable storage fee and other costs reasonably incurred by us; or
    • b) cancelling the order, in which case we may refund to you or your credit or debit card company as applicable any money already paid to us, less our reasonable administration charges (including for attempting to deliver and then returning the Product, and any storage fees as incurred).
    HOW DO I CHANGE MY DELIVERY INFORMATION?
    You won't be able to amend your delivery info for an order once your order is placed. Fret not, drop us a message and we'll do whatever we can to help!

    Just a heads up - shipping delays may occur for delivery address amendments but we promise we'll always try our best to minimise this.

    If we're too late and your order's delivered by the time we relay your request to our delivery partners, we may not be able to retrieve it. So contact us ASAP if you need to make amendments, we don't want your order to land in the wrong hands!
