How can I place an order?

Easy! Follow the simple steps below:

1. Select your product along with the right colour and size.

2. Click on the "ADD TO CART" button.

3. Once you're done shopping, click on the cart icon (top right).

4. Then, click on "proceed to checkout"

5. You will then be directed to fill in your details & make a payment.

6. Follow the on-screen instructions until you reach the "Thank You" page. When you see this, your payment was completed and your order is being processed. If you're unsure of the order/payment status, or require assistance, please drop an email to hello@voir.com.my.

Where is my order confirmation number?

After you have successfully placed your order, you will receive an email containing the details of your order. Please note that you need to be logged into your VPC account to monitor all of your online orders. Orders will not appear under "My Account" if you checked out as guest. If you have not received your order confirmation, please check the entered email address or contact our Customer Service.

Can I change my order after it has been confirmed for and paid for?

Once you've placed your order, we are unable to make any changes, additions, cancellations or amendments. Our systems are automated and changes may cause delays or mix-ups in preparation of your order. We highly suggest that you review your bag before checking out.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are not allowed once the order is finalized. Our systems are automated and changes may cause delays or mix-ups in the preparation of other orders.

Can I order and pick up in any VOIR stores?

Unfortunately, not for the time being but we are working on it, so stay tuned!


What payment methods are accepted?

We accept payments via Direct Debit/Online Banking, Credit Card & E-wallets.

Where can I get a promo code?

Look out for promos! You can find them on our website (if shown), our newsletters and our social medias. You can also join our VOIR PRIVILEGE CLUB (VPC) to qualify for additional discounts & exclusive sales.

How can I apply a promo code?

When you checkout, you can key the promo code in (right). Please have a look at the promo code's T&C before proceeding.


How to track my order?

To track and check the status of your order please click on the link attached in the shipping confirmation email. You may also visit My Account and view "Order History". We will notify you via email/SMS when your package is in transit and ready for delivery.

Will I get charged for re-delivery?

If you are not available to receive the order, you may contact our courier partner to arrange a re-delivery at a suitable time.
In the event of multiple unsuccessful deliveries, your package will be returned to our warehouse. You may contact our Customer Service Team for further assistance.

What are your delivery options and how much is the shipping?

VG offers the following shipping options:

1. Standard Delivery - RM8 (West Malaysia), RM16 (East Malaysia)

2. Free Shipping above RM120

We ships orders to street addresses in Malaysia only. We do not deliver to a PO Box address. You'll receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Delivery times are based on orders placed before 12pm MYT. Order processing and shipping are done only on weekdays (not including Malaysia public holidays). Shipping may take additional time during sale periods, holidays and extreme weather events.
