• Please note that we ONLY accept return and exchange for online orders.
• Cancellation of orders are NOT permitted.
• Promotional items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Should there be any dispute in the pricing during return or exchange, the current selling price will be binded.
• Items returned must be in its original brand new condition: unworn, unused, unwashed and with original tags.
• Orders/Items cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged solely on the basis of a change of mind.

• Requests for returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days from the date of receival.
• Requests made after the time limit will likely be rejected.
• Cancellation of any orders are not allowed.

• You may exchange to another item if the original item you wish to exchange is not in stock.
• New item chosen must be of equal or higher value than the original item. 
• If the price of the new item exceeds the original item, payment for the excess is required.
• No exchange will be approved if the price of the new item is lower than the original.
• ONLY one exchange is eligible for every order.

• Delivery Fee will be applied for resending of new items. 
• All original shipping and/or handling charges are non-refundable.

• Once received, our quality control team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria.
• If eligible, we’ll process your refund request and revert to you within 31 business working days. 
• We kindly ask that no items are returned before receiving any approval or confirmation from us.

• Cash refunds are not permitted. (Unless items received are damaged or faulty; proper proof is required)

• We reserve the right to refuse any Return/Exchange if it does not meet the policy.
