Return & Exchange

We accept returns and exchanges, all requests to raised within 14 working days upon receiving your orders. 

All items are to be returned in its original brand new condition, unworn, unused, unwashed with its original tags. We do reserves the final right, for any returns that are deemed not meet to its original condition.

You are allow to exchange to other item if the purchased item you wish to exchange is out of stock. And only allow exchange for a product of equal or higher value for a one-time exchange.

If the price of exchange item exceeds the original item that you purchased. You are require to pay for the excess. However, if the exchange items are a lower price item, no refund are allow.

All promotional items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Should there be any dispute in the pricing during return or exchange, the current selling price will be binding.

Delivery Fee is applied for replacing the new items.

Please note that we only accept Return/Exchange on Online purchases, not eligible for Retail Stores purchases.

Our team will investigate further and revert to you within 2 business working days. Please DO NOT return any items before receiving a confirmation from our online team. 

The remaining balance/credits can be exchanged for a product of equal or higher value for a one-time exchange. Cash refunds are not permitted.
